SEN Teaching Assistant Job | SEN TA | Leeds & Wakefield | £93–£120 per day | Full-Time
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Leeds & Wakefield, offering £93–£120 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in either mainstream or specialist settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 SEN support and small group interventions
* Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs
* Implement EHCP strategies
* Support behaviour management and emotional regulation
Requirements:
* Experience working within SEN / Special Educational Needs (desirable)
* Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
