Location: Elsyng House, 1 Forty Hill, Enfield EN2 9HT
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As a Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing our fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen. You will work alongside the kitchen team to deliver food of the highest standards and have opportunities for career progression.
What you will be doing:
* Ensuring excellent service at all times
* Following care/support plans respecting nutritional needs
* Preparing nutritional snacks as required
* Ensuring food quality, presentation, and palatability
* Working closely with the Head Chef
* Stock control, replenishing, and ordering
What you need to succeed as a Chef:
* Ideally 2 years catering experience
* Awareness of regulations
* Knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets (advantageous)
* Experience delivering high-quality service as a Chef
* Ability to work with structured menus and be creative
