Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Key Holder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will also be trained to open and close and run shifts. Your ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service will be key to your success in this role. Full training will be provided
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
* Engage with guests, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Monitor guest behaviour to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
* Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a bartending or restaurant environment is preferred.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is advantageous.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£18.72 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
