As part of the growth of JRC Recruitment, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us on a commission-only basis, ideal for someone confident in their ability to connect with a multitude of organisations and individuals and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Business development and client relationship management
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Managing vacancies from brief through to placement
* Negotiating fees, offers, and terms
* Maintaining accurate CRM records
* Delivering a high-quality, ethical recruitment service
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience / background in recruitment, sales or business development is essential and strongly preferred
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Resilient, target-driven, and commercially minded
* Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
