Lead electrical and instrumentation technician

Our client is a well-established company in the process sector. Due to sustained growth, they are now recruiting for a Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Technician.

The Role

1. You will be responsible for supervising and performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.
2. This role ensures that plant electrical and instrumentation systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
3. You will also mentors Technicians and coordinate daily activities to support production and maintenance goals.
4. Oversee and support a team of Technicians in executing electrical and instrumentation work safely and effectively across all plant systems.
5. Perform assembly, installation, maintenance, testing and disassembly of electrical/control equipment including motors, drives, switchgear, sensors, transmitters and control valves, panels.
