Senior Payroll Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse employee base. You will act as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related queries and play a key role in improving processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic HR and finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process multiple monthly payrolls accurately and on schedule Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies Oversee pension contributions, benefits, deductions, and statutory payments Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance for month-end/year-end reporting Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll queries Lead or support payroll audits, year-end submissions, and P11D processing Contribute to continuous improvement projects and system upgrades What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented payroll expert who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a senior or standalone capacity Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Experience managing pensions, benefits, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and communication skills CIPP qualification (or working towards) is desirable Please apply now by uploading your CV.
