Overview
Are you a Service Engineer or similar from the water industry looking to step into management? This role offers full autonomy to manage a field team while continuing technical expertise. Your key duties will include organising job setups, coordinating engineer schedules, managing daily workloads, overseeing projects end to end and ensuring quality control measures. You will also engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee, install, service and maintain water treatment systems, including filters, softeners, UV units, pumps and chemical dosing equipment
* Schedule and coordinate engineer work across the region using a company van and tools
* Maintain open communication across the business and with clients
* Implement quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Qualifications
* Experience with water treatment systems, valves, pumps or similar machinery
* Full UK driving licence
* Desire to step into management and lead a field team
