Job Description
3. Hunting out new products and suppliers that fit the company's vision and category strategy
4. Working with leadership to shape and push the category forward
5. Collaborating across departments to launch products on time with all the right checks in place
6. Negotiating with suppliers and building strong, sustainable partnerships
7. Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market to keep the product range fresh, competitive, and profitable
The Successful Applicant
8. Someone with solid product development or category management experience in commercial lighting or electrical accessories
9. Ideally, you've got hands-on experience in electrical manufacturing and product creation in lighting or electrical - that's a big plus
10. You know your way around supplier negotiations and managing those relationships
11. You understand UK lighting market specs, safety requirements, and what makes a product tick
12. You're organised, a clear communicator, and love digging into the details
13. A self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a friendly, collaborative team environment
14. Flexible with your working patterns - the team mostly works a couple of days a week in the office, with some remote working too
