The Role
This is a Business Manager position with full responsibility for a division.
You will:
* Own and scale a full business unit (Construction, Civils, M&E, or Renewables)
* Lead from the front while still billing, still driving standards
* Manage, develop, and grow a team of consultants
* Hire, train, and build out your division your way
* Take full ownership of performance, targets, and strategy
* Work directly with Directors on expansion plans (including future offices)
