* Head of Music
* Leading a large team of Music Teachers (KS3–KS5)
* Design & tailor a Music curriculum to suit cohort needs
* Manage multiple personalities

* Motivate, inspire & drive standards throughout the Music department
* Strong understanding of the Music curriculum
* Outstanding expectations for self and fellow Music Teachers
