We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our client's marketing and e-commerce teams. This is an entry-level position and does not require prior marketing experience—just a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes precisely.
This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, enjoys working with digital systems, and has an excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). You’ll be completing a variety of recurring and ad hoc tasks that support the delivery of campaigns and the maintenance of our websites and platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Follow set processes to complete daily or weekly marketing-related admin tasks.
* Adjust advertising and platform budgets based on predefined rules or data inputs.
* Upload content to webpages and update product or campaign pages using provided materials.
* Maintain spreadsheets and internal trackers to ensure accuracy across systems.
* Support campaign launches by preparing assets, tagging, or scheduling as directed.
* Perform manual tasks across different platforms with high attention to accuracy.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure uploaded or updated content is correct.
* Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
* Flag inconsistencies or issues to relevant stakeholders proactively.

* No prior marketing experience required.
* Previous exposure to computer-based or admin roles is a plus but not essential.
