We’re working with a client who is looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join on a long-term contract in the Gloucester area.
The Role
* Carry out 2 x Level 2 Residential Surveys per day
* 3 days per week
* 25-mile radius of Gloucester

Requirements
* Experience in delivering Level 2 residential surveys
* AssocRICS or MRICS preferred (or equivalent experience)
* Strong knowledge of residential building pathology and reporting standards
