An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small team responsible for the financial management of two globalpanies.
Your new role
The main responsibility of the role is the entry and reconciliation of routine accounting transactions on a daily basis:
Entry of bank transactions
Daily bank reconciliations
Allocation of customer receipts
Involvement in credit control
Maintaining sales ledger
munication with Customer Services and other Finance team members
Entry of Purchase Invoices
Maintaining purchase ledger
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Prepare supplier payments.
Intepany balance reconciliations
Petty cash control and analysis
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience in volume entry of transactions into accounting systems using
Multiple currencies.
Understanding of the implications of transactions throughout the financial system
Methodical, thorough, and accurate approach
Good time management
Excellentmunication skills
Experienced in using MS Excel
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Preferably AAT part qualified / qualified
