Sustainability Manager
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5PZ

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage sustainability activity across the contract.
* Track, analyse and report on sustainability performance.
* Coordinate and support sustainability projects such as waste reduction or biodiversity initiatives.
* Work closely with client and internal teams to embed sustainability in operations.
* Identify opportunities to align client objectives with organisational strategy.
* Provide training and guidance to contract teams on sustainability processes.
* Ensure compliance with environmental and social legislation.
* Present data in a clear way to show progress and identify risks or opportunities.
* Share best practice across teams to support consistency.
* Support delivery of contract targets including KPIs and social value commitments.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
* Strong understanding of sustainability topics including environmental systems, carbon reporting and waste data.
* Experience supporting sustainability within FM, government or public sector environments.
* Good knowledge of sustainability legislation and reporting frameworks.
* Understanding of Social Value, TOMs and the Social Value Model.
* Ability to analyse sustainability data and produce routine reports.
* Confidence engaging and collaborating with clients.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to travel regularly to multiple client sites.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
