Our Reading team is looking for an Assistant Campus Principal to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The Assistant Campus Principal will be one of the leading professionals in the Campus, directly reporting and accountable to the Campus Principal. About You The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the National Curriculum and Assessment Framework for KS3-5. You must have Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or similar qualifications and possess recent experience teaching students, data analysis and reporting and experience with pastoral or behaviour management of students. You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
