Youwork closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless employee experience, from onboarding through to offboarding, while developing your skills in HR administration, coordination, and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport HR administration across the full employee lifecycleMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsAssist with interview scheduling and candidate coordinationCarry out background checks and onboarding documentationSupport employee inductions and liaise with line managersDraft HR correspondence (e.g. promotions, role changes, payroll inputs)Assist with monthly payroll data collationPrepare and manage HR communications (emails, letters, calendar invites)Support performance review and objective-setting processesHelp organise internal events and employee engagement initiativesEnsure HR data accuracy and compliance with audit standardsProvide general administrative support as neededAbout YouPassionate about HR, Talent Acquisition, or People OperationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident coordinating tasks and working with multiple stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDiscreet and professional when handling confidential informationAlthough not essential, it is ideal that you have previous administration experience and\/or are working towards a CIPD qualification.If you're eager to learn, highly organised, and ready to start your journey in HR, welove to hear from you!At Perspectum, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
