About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent charity seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join their IT team. In this role, you will oversee a team of four, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services across the organization. Your expertise in ITIL and JIRA will be crucial in managing and improving service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports.
* Manage and optimize service delivery processes using ITIL frameworks.
* Utilize JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless IT service support.
* Monitor service performance and implement improvement plans.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
* Proficiency in JIRA.
