The Role:
This is a unique chance to join a forward-thinking planning team involved in a wide range of live and pipeline care home development projects. Working closely with senior leaders across land and planning functions, your role will adapt to your experience level, with opportunities to take ownership of projects and contribute to strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities may include:
* Supporting or leading planning applications across multiple development sites.
* Conducting site assessments, due diligence, and policy reviews.
* Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and wider stakeholders.
* Preparing planning documents and coordinating submissions.
* Monitoring project timelines and managing planning milestones.
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of internal planning processes.
Requirements:
* Experience within planning or development (with level of responsibility tailored to experience).
* A strong interest in planning and property development.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
* A relevant academic background (e.g. planning, property, geography, or similar).
* Knowledge of UK planning policy and the development lifecycle.
* A full UK driving licence.
