With multiple exciting change initiatives already in motion – and plenty more in the pipeline – this is a fantastic opportunity for a BA who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement, and working in a fast-moving environment.Reporting into the IT Business Change Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of Project Managers and Analysts delivering meaningful business and system changes across the organisation. You’ll be given space to bring your ideas to the table and play a key role in maturing the business analysis function.Responsibilities- Supporting a range of IT and business change initiatives across multiple departments- Working closely with project teams and developers to break down large initiatives into manageable changes- Managing and coordinating the IT change request process, ensuring all activity is compliant and well-documented- Contributing to the development of new programme planning tools and continuous improvement practices- Supporting automation and workflow enhancements, with a focus on UiPath projects- Collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements, document processes, and shape solutions that deliver valueWhat you need
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Experience documenting requirements, processes, and functional changes- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a real passion for solving problems- Previous experience in a commercial, legal, or change-focused environment would be beneficial
