The Best Connection are currently seeking experienced call handlers for our client in the Mansfield area Working within a busy working environment, the responsibilities of the role will include: Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job Escalating problems to other members of the team Data entry / use of computer software Utilising live chat to communicate with clients Liaising with internal departments General administration duties The ideal candidate will be able to: Have a great knowledge of problem solving Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service Excel at building rapport with customers Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication A proven track-record of strong punctuality and reliability Working hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM (37.5 hours per week) Pay rate is £12.21 to begin with, however there is also the potential of a pay increase, following a successful probation period A full CV will be required, followed by an interview directly with the company!
