The Learning Academy Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our Estates Team. You will be based in St Andrew's C of E Academy, part of our West Devon Hub, supporting our local schools which are all within 25 minutes of Tavistock.

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments? As a vital member of our Estates team, you'll help shape the spaces where children learn, grow, and flourish. You'll work closely with our Estates Lead and Operational Estates Supervisor to ensure our schools are not only fully compliant with health and safety standards, but also uplifting and inspiring places to be. From supporting building maintenance and carrying out repairs to ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely, your role will directly support the quality of education we provide. Every day brings new challenges and a real sense of purpose.

We're looking for someone with practical experience in building maintenance, caretaking, or facilities management, and who's confident in handling a range of minor repairs and site tasks. You'll bring a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude, and in return, we'll invest in your growth, with tailored training and development opportunities to help you succeed and flourish in your role.

We understand that flexibility matters, and we are happy to discuss what flexible working could look like for you, whether that's different or part-time hours, or something else that helps you balance work and life.

You'll be supported by a strong, values-led community that puts children at the heart of everything we do. Our Trust is built on collaboration and shared responsibility, and we're proud to offer a supportive workplace that champions diversity, inclusion, and wellness. If you're practical, proactive, and ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you

Our School Trust is underpinned by our four core beliefs; we are stronger together, a sense of belonging; removing barriers and realising the possible. This means that by working collectively, we can achieve our absolute best to ensure that children, especially the most vulnerable, can flourish. What we can offer you:

● Make a real difference – every day you'll have the chance to make a profound difference to children's lives.

● Be part of something bigger – you will be part of a values-led School Trust where we collaborate, innovate, and succeed together.

● We invest in you – our People Strategy ensures you're nurtured, supported, and given opportunities to develop so you can provide the very best for our children.
