Role Overview
In this role you will manage the inbound and outbound processing of data and reporting for our clients and providers, maintaining high service standards by managing data‑related tasks, identifying and resolving issues, and supporting clients’ operational needs.
Responsibilities
* Process incoming HR data from clients using our internal software and verify its accuracy.
* Export, verify, and send reports from our software to payroll and benefit providers within agreed SLAs.
* Resolve data‑related queries from internal teams and clients.
* Investigate data discrepancies and implement solutions to maintain data integrity.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary.
* Utilise data management systems, reporting tools and pre‑written scripts to locate, process, and validate data.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
* Support team initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
