General Store Manager | Central London | up to £50,000
Zachary Daniels is exclusively working with an exquisite store in the heart of London. This rare opportunity is for a dynamic, client‑focused General Store Manager to head up the flagship location and lead the client experience of the retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion or premium background, excellent commercial focus, and experience managing a larger team.
Responsibilities
* Part of senior area leadership, attending national and local events and meetings.
* Shape client experience, drive sales, and build lasting loyalty to the brand.
* Manage and motivate team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
* Drive client development activities and cultivate new and existing clients.
* Operational management of back‑of‑house team, ensuring consistency with established procedures.
* Identify and execute efficiencies, best practices, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Other Store Manager Duties
* Collaborate with marketing to implement initiatives that drive traffic and increase sales.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Maintain knowledge of retail fashion market, trends, competitors and customer preferences.

* Proven experience in retail management.
* Track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high‑performing team.
* Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
