Our client is seeking a skilled Alloy Wheel Technician to join their expanding bodyshop team in a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-quality alloy wheel repairs and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum including OTE, with a £26,000 basic salary
Working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday shifts on a rota basis

Access to industry-leading equipment and training in cosmetic repairsYour duties as an Alloy Wheel Technician will include:
Carrying out repairs on standard and diamond cut alloy wheels using mobile diamond cut repair lathe equipment
Ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standards in line with manufacturer and company processes
Matching alloy paint colours accurately to ensure seamless finishes
Communicating effectively with customers to explain the work required and estimate costs, ensuring all approvals are obtained before work commences
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety regulations and proceduresThe ideal candidate for this Alloy Wheel Technician role will possess:
Previous experience in alloy wheel repairs or a similar role, such as tyre fitting with a desire to specialise further
Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality workmanship
Good understanding of paint matching and cosmetic repair techniques
Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
