About the role
As part of our hardworking Housekeeping Team, you''ll play a key role in delivering a great guest experience – helping ensure everyone enjoys a clean, comfortable stay. From spotless bedrooms to pristine public areas, you''ll help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel. This role is about more than just cleaning – it’s about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re helping a guest with directions or supporting the team behind the scenes, you’ll take pride in going the extra mile and delivering great service with a smile. This role is offered on a flexible contract with shifts available dependent on individual and business needs.
Responsibilities
• Deliver a high standard of cleanliness across bedrooms and public areas
• Support a warm, welcoming guest experience and assist guests as needed
• Work as part of a team to maintain a calm, organised workspace
Qualifications
• Ideally some experience in hospitality or housekeeping, but attitude matters most: you are proactive, energetic, and have a great eye for detail
• Demonstrate pride in high standards and guest-ready rooms
• Be friendly and approachable, delivering good customer service
