Hiring: Field Care Manager – Community Care Location: Surrey & South London (Home-Based) Salary: £35,000 45p mileage allowance We’re recruiting for an experienced Field Care Manager to support community-based care packages across Surrey and London. This is a home-based role ideal for someone located around Kingston, Croydon, Woking, Epsom, Guildford or surrounding areas, with regular travel across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for: ✅ An experienced Field Care Supervisor, Field Care Manager, or Community Care professional ✅ Someone with strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care ✅ A confident leader experienced in supporting and developing care teams ✅ An organised professional who thrives managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment In this role, you will: Conduct client assessments and develop person-centred care plans Support the safe delivery of Level 1 & 2 care packages within the community Carry out spot checks, supervisions, appraisals, and performance reviews Work closely with Care Coordinators and Clinical Leads to ensure seamless service delivery Support onboarding, recruitment, and retention of care staff Monitor rota stability, contingency planning, and workforce performance Carry out audits and ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and CQC standards Build strong relationships with clients, families, GPs, and MDT professionals Participate in the on-call rota and support package mobilisation across the region What’s on offer: • £35,000 salary 45p mileage allowance • Home-based working with regional autonomy • Opportunity to work within a growing community care service • Supportive leadership and operational structure • Ongoing training and career progression opportunities • A varied, rewarding role making a real difference in people’s lives
