An established and rapidly growing UK-based engineering business, specialising in precision manufacturing and advanced industrial machinery solutions, is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced metal fabrication machinery and manufacturing equipment, supporting a diverse customer base across multiple high-spec industries. Reporting to the UK Service Manager, this is a national position supporting customers with installation, maintenance, and technical service on a range of industrial machinery across the UK and Ireland. Service Engineer Responsibilities 1. Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of metal fabrication machinery and industrial manufacturing equipment at customer sites across the UK and Ireland. 2. Diagnose faults and perform both mechanical and electrical repairs on a range of production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. 3. Deliver preventative maintenance and planned service schedules to optimise machine performance and reliability. 4. Produce detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation following site visits. 5. Support machine installations, upgrades, retrofits, and customer training when required.
