We're on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented Orchard Manager to lead at our Thornton Orchard located in Central Hawke’s Bay. What you’ll be doing: As the Orchard Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional results across every aspect of orchard operations—ensuring company goals are met through smart, sustainable management of people, processes, and equipment. You’ll lead from the ground up, creating a safe and satisfying work environment where your team feels empowered to perform at their best. With a hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help shape a thriving orchard that reflects both excellence and care.
