The Technical Product Development Manager will influence product strategy and engineering best practice at both operational and cross-functional levels. Key responsibilities of the Technical Product Development Manager Lead research and development activities to enhance existing products and develop new technical solutions Ensure research and design methodologies comply with recognised scientific and engineering standards Assist in the formulation of business plans and budgets for product development programmes Analyse quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards Monitor development outcomes to ensure technical, functional, cost and timing targets are achieved Keep on top of new developments in the industry and translating those developments into new and viable options for the organisation and customers Organise and deliver technical presentations to customers and industry groups Implement policy and strategy to achieve defined short-term operational objectives Influence cross-functional teams on engineering policies, practices and procedures Ready to join the team?
