Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters* Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier transactions* Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and related documents* Supporting on high value and complex property transactions* Building and maintaining strong client relationships* Managing files from instruction through to completion* Contributing to business development initiatives across the region
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;* A solicitor with ideally 3 to 6 years PQE in commercial property* Experienced in development, investment and occupier work* Managing their own caseload with minimal supervision* Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills* Keen to play a role in business developmentInterested in building a long term career with a large regional law firm
