As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help us run efficiently. Job Summary The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our training programs. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, customer service, document management, and assisting trainers and clients. You’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that all behind-the-scenes tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to trainers, program coordinators, and management Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and training participants Schedule training sessions, book venues (virtual or physical), and manage calendars Prepare and distribute training materials and certificates of completion Maintain accurate records of client information, training attendance, and feedback Assist with data entry, reporting, and CRM/database updates Handle general office duties, including filing, supply ordering, and document preparation Support marketing and communications efforts sending email reminders, updating social media or website content, if applicable) Coordinate onboarding and logistics for new clients and participants Ensure compliance with company processes and training requirements Qualifications Willingness to learn administrative or office support role (experience in a training or education environment is a plus) Good organizational and time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Experience with online scheduling platforms and CRM systems is an asset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude Preferred Skills Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or virtual training platforms Zoom, MS Teams) Basic graphic design or email marketing experience Canva, Mailchimp) Event planning or coordination date 29/05/2025hours What We Offer Salary rate £11:44 per hour Flexible working options (remote/hybrid possible) p/t 2-3 days per week (between 10am-4pm) Negotiable Opportunities for growth and professional development Supportive team environment
