As part of their continued growth and technical progression, we have a range of roles in the IT Support team, and are looking to recruit an IT Support assistant to join this established team. Working closely with key business functions and the recruitment team, the IT Support assistant will help manage and ensure the smooth on-boarding of new joiners to the business, assisting and managing their technology needs, setting up their new technology and user accounts, working closely with experienced technology support colleagues, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout. Experience of working with Office365, Windows11, Active Directory or Exchange Online, would certainly be advantageous, but will also be gained with in the role.
