The Role

A Sales Associate plays a crucial role within our stores. You will be part of a dedicated team, working with premium products, engaging with customers, and achieving daily targets. Your role is to ensure customers experience the ‘Castore experience’ by providing information about our products and delivering exceptional service.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate on an 8-hour per week contract.


Responsibilities

* Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
* Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Advising and assisting customers with their purchases.
* Handling complaints or escalating serious issues to the manager on duty.
* Conducting customer transactions efficiently.
* Replenishing stock on shelves and assisting with store deliveries.
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, such as in-store orders and e-receipts.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
