Brightwork's client is currently recruiting a Customer Relationship Administrator who will develop an efficient and effective customer account system. You will ensure all customer's needs, requirements and KPIs are met and ensure the customer's account is managed in an effective manner both operationally and financially.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration of new and existing contracts and customers within company systems, including preparing quotations and booking scheduled services.
Monitor, track, and report on all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for contracts and customers.
Take full ownership of customer accounts transitioned from Account Managers or the Customer Relationship Manager once services are established and operational.
Prepare, maintain, and obtain all required service documentation, including service records, consignment notes and method statements.
Prepare and issue quotations, terms and conditions, and method statements to customers as required.
Liaise with treatment teams regarding service availability through the appropriate internal channels.
Communicate directly with customers regarding service requirements via phone and email.
Compile monthly and contract-related documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
Provide the transport team with a weekly service schedule for all customers within the assigned area.
