The Role
As an Associate Clinical Lead Nurse, youll support the Clinical Lead in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe and effective patient care across both community and hospital settings. You will deputise for the Clinical Lead when required and help manage patient flow in partnership with the wider NHS team.
Key responsibilities include:
Holistically assessing patients for service suitability and ensuring safety throughout their care journey
Supporting the Clinical Lead in operational and clinical management
Deputising for the Clinical Lead as required
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of patient care
Collaborating with colleagues, patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
What Youll Need
Active NMC registration
At least 5 years post-registration experience as a registered nurse
Previous experience in management or supervising staff desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
