The role will see you providing effective administrative support to the team coordinating a variety of meetings/committees, diary management and events management. As Operations Coordinator you will be accountable for: Provision of administrative support to the academic unit to ensure the smooth running of the office Ensuring that relevant websites, intranet sites and SharePoint sites are maintained with up-to-date information Maintaining documents, registers, MS Teams sites and data for the Directorate and OVC Planning, booking and organising events as well as fully servicing meetings, steering groups and committees What we are looking for in the right candidate: Experience of working in a confidential administrative environment Excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office and web-based programmes Experience working with SharePoint and using databases and records systems Experience in handling complex processes, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes What we can offer in return: The University of Kent is a distinctive and attractive place to work.
