We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Team Leader to join a team in Scarborough on a fixed-term basis for 12-15 Months.
In this role, you'll lead a small but dedicated client care team, ensuring our customers receive the very best experience from the moment they join us right through to renewal.
As a hands-on leader, you'll bring energy, resilience, and the ability to support your team through challenges while keeping standards high.
Some of the key Senior Client Services responsibilities are:
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of client care and support staff
* Hold weekly team meetings, monthly one-to-ones, and performance reviews to drive development and maintain high standards
* Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that reflects our values
* Oversee client journeys, ensuring consistent processes and quality assurance from onboarding through to renewal
* Attend client events to support your team and strengthen client relationships
* Drive the collection of testimonials, case studies, and online reviews to support marketing and sales activity
* Monitor customer satisfaction surveys, implement improvement plans, and work towards achieving business KPIs
You must be an experienced people manager with a proven ability to get the best out of a team, and come from a strong customer service background, with a natural drive for continuous improvement and delivering excellence.
This will be working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, earning a salary between £30,000-£33,000 depending on experience.
