About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduate or someone who is looking to join the Higher Education sector to join the Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA) team, part of the world class Imperial university.
You will have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for applicants and you will ensure that receive accurate, timely, and consistent information across various channels.
What you would be doing
As a key member of the Enquiries team, you will:
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive student experience, by replying to enquiries via the internal enquiries system, email and in person. You will ensure GDPR regulations are respected, and you will learn to escalate any incident or concern to the other members of the admissions team.
* Manage the workload during busy times of the year, and liaise with the extended team.
* Relay customer feedback and comments and help contribute to proposals for improvements to current working methods
What we are looking for
We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual, passionate about students and university.
You will have experience in delivering a proactive and customer-focused service across multiple channels, including telephone, digital platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
You are a good team player and can organise your own work during busy times. You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
