About the Role As a Community Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic and compassionate team delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in their own homes, residential care settings, and clinics. You'll play a crucial role in preventing unnecessary hospital admissions, promoting health and independence, and improving overall well-being in the community.
