We’re looking for a pizza chef to join our team. You will be helping our kitchen team to run a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation.
What you’ll be doing in a nutshell
You’ll be a key part of our team helping to deliver delicious meals to our holiday makers every day.
* Prepping and cooking our delicious pizzas
* Assisting with other areas in the kitchen as needed
* Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic
* Work alongside kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations
Holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too doing a variety of shifts.
Skills, experience, and qualities you will need
We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:
* A passion for food and hospitality
* Genuinely want to create memorable meals
* Resilience, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
It’s the icing on the cake if you have a Level 2 Hygiene certificate and experience in the holiday sector, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide plenty of training.
