An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Crown Dependencies Lab within the Markets Platform, within the Non-Ring-fenced Bank, to lead our in-house Banking Platform ‘Ocean’ – a Temenos T24 solution used to provide banking services to our International Private Banking customers. Working in the Crown Dependencies Lab, you'll help us maintain our current platform as well as manage its evolution to support growing customer demand for digital services and products within our estate. You’ll need to develop a deep understanding of industry trends, and a willingness to apply your technical knowledge to making customer’s experiences better. What you’ll be doing: Leading multiple feature teams supporting banking platform development and maintenance, ensuring that your teams are working on the right priorities and progressing towards the outcomes that you have defined and agreed with stakeholders. Role modelling a customer-centric approach and creating phenomenal customer outcomes through deep understanding of customers’ needs. Building strong relationships across areas of the Bank and partner teams and deliver through collaboration, while being an inclusive standout colleague at all levels. What you’ll need: The role is based in either Jersey of Isle of Man, within the Crown Dependencies. You must hold the legal right to work within either location to apply for the role. A strong technical understanding of Temenos T24 Banking platform is a must for this role. A working knowledge of Funds Transfer (FT) and Money Markets (MM) modules is also a must. Experience with Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) would have a strong advantage. Prior experience working as a Product Owner/ Programme Manager is also required to be considered with hands on and proven experience delivering large scale solutions (£2m, 12 months) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. A working knowledge of JIRA Align, JIRA and confluence is also a must. Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common vision based on a strong product strategy. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues. You'll have experience working closely with leaders and executives to influence, collaborate, and deliver a product roadmap based on excellent customer outcomes.
