We’re looking for an action-oriented individual who embraces new challenges and brings confidence to support and energize their team. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting your Centre Manager to run a thriving tuition centre. You will contribute to a high-performance team culture, ensuring processes are followed to maintain a strong foundation for success.
What you’ll do:
* Support your Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed and unlock their potential.
* Proactively safeguard members and empower your team to do the same, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
* Support growth by engaging with community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events to attract new members.
* Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations, ensuring progress and delivering exceptional service.

Logistics:
Location: Aberdeen centre, full-time.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Working hours: Tuesdays 11am-8pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, Fridays 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm.
