With a portfolio of successful, leisure:Tech venues, a sharp eye on market trends, the group is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to drive profitability, optimise return on investment, and accelerate sustainable growth.
The Senior Commercial Manage Role As Commercial Manage r, youll sit at the heart of the leadership team alongside the CEO. Your focus will be on delivering commercial performance across the entire business. From leading strategic investment decisions to refining pricing strategies and identifying new revenue opportunities, this role is about growing the bottom line and scaling smartly.
You will oversee the finance and commercial teams with a clear mandate: to monitor performance, eliminate inefficiencies, and push every area of the business toward stronger margins and greater returns. This is not a siloed finance or marketing role: its a commercial growth position requiring leadership across operations, partnerships, and brand development .
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and monitor ROI across the estate and provide actionable insights to drive profitability
Identify and assess new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and expansion models
Work closely with the CEO on long:term strategy and investment planning
Challenge existing models and implement scalable, high:yield solutions
Support marketing and brand teams in driving traffic and conversion through performance data
Collaborate with site:level operators and partners to ensure each asset delivers on commercial potential
About You
Proven senior experience in a commercial strategic leadership role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or food:led multi:site businesses
A strong track record of driving ROI and commercial growth, not just managing budgets
Comfortable in a fast:paced, entrepreneurial environment
Naturally analytical with a data:led approach to decision making
Able to balance strategic vision with a hands:on approach
Commercially minded with a clear understanding of both customer value and operational performance
Desirable but not essential: experience in multi:country or multi:brand environments and any exposure to investment/fundraising environments.
