As part of our Food and Beverage team you will have a natural way with people, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards. It is essential that you have a desire to deliver amazing service and a personality that shines! You will work as part of a fun energetic team creating astounding experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities Providing efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times within the Outdoor Spa Terrace, bars, restaurants, and any other department Assisting in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, particularly the service of cocktails. Answering guest queries in a polite and helpful manner Coordinating with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages Handling guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest Maintaining compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
