About the Role
An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. This is a senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of this Employment practice, manage high-profile cases, and work with a diverse client base across sectors.
Responsibilities
* Advise on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, and Settlement Agreements.
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings.
* Lead client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
* Mentor and support more junior members of the team.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 Years PQE.
Required Skills
* Strong track record in employment law, with the ability to manage complex cases.
* Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
* Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional networks.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a Professional Support Lawyer role.
Pay range and compensation package
£Competitive (DOE) with a competitive remuneration package and hybrid working options on offer.
