We are looking for a polished experienced sales consultant to work in our busy town centre office. The role of Sales Associate involves enquiry handling from potential buyers and sellers, matching buyers to suitable properties, market appraisal creation, qualifying potential clients and identifying their needs, utilising your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing, and winning new instructions. A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, preparation for the day’s market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing client’s properties, actively seeking new clients, assisting colleagues with viewings, sales progression, and incoming enquiries. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.
