Recruitment Manager – Executive Accountancy & Finance
Fully Remote with excellent systems in place
£40,000 - £50,000 (plus commission)
Our client is an established and award-winning recruitment business, whose speciality is placing and relocating senior-level finance professionals globally permanently. They are passionate about what they do and the difference they make to their candidates lives.
Your role?
This Recruitment Manager position involves managing, developing and growing a team of experienced recruitment consultants. You will also lead from the front, bill and develop your own Finance desk alongside your managing duties until you increase the team.
Your experience. You MUST have :-
* Extensive recruitment management and coaching experience within an agency environment. (NOT HR/internal recruitment experience)
* Experience of recruiting within the Accountancy and/or Finance sector
* Proven ability to win new business and experience of placing senior-level professionals into permanent roles within the Financial Services.
* Experience of working with Global candidates and clients or speaking other languages would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and rapport to be able to build relationships with partners of large corporate firms.
* A firm, fair and empathetic approach to managment.
* A strategic thinker and problem solver who will think outside the box.
* This is a fully remote role with flexible working, so it would only suit an experienced recruitment professional who can manage their time effectively and help others do the same remotely.
