Aftercare Manager
Job description
• Ensuring continuity of work for the department, reviewing contracts and new tenders for potential projects to make sure they are within our scope.
• Develop internal processes to capture all aspects including (but not exclusively) the delivery of, repairs and maintenance contracts, call out services, small works contracts and marketing/sales strategy.
• Contractrual negotiations prior to signing clients up and committing to the terms laid out, outlining any changes that are required and working with solicitors where required.
• Working with and building the correct team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensuring all projects are adequately resourced.
• Management of any project delay notices and financial implications that are associated with them.
• Reviewing and completing monthly cost analysis reports, including forecasting projects.
• Attend client meetings to support the Project team with regards to Site issues, financial implications or any Contractual agreements. Liaising with Clients to ensure smooth handover of completed works.
• Host and participate in daily and weekly meetings and as part of the company culture and ethos

• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
• Possess excellent organisation, prioritising, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be agile to change and pragmatic. Be a collaborative team player and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a necessity.
