Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative Applications Team Lead with experience of TPP SystmOne to join our team, who will lead on the maintenance and development of the Trust's community Electronic Patient Record.
Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day line management and performance of the Application Analysts within the community workstream of the Enterprise and Clinical Applications Team.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the system and analyse and interpret current clinical workflows to design solutions using the clinical system's advanced functionality.
* Contribute to the configuration of the Trust's clinical applications with a creative and visionary approach, focusing on core configuration tools (SQL, C# or SSRS skills are not required).
* Analyse and interpret current workflows and practices, and work in partnership with clinical services.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience of TPP SystmOne.
* Self-directed, tenacious, and able to work effectively as a key member of a multidisciplinary team with a flexible approach.
* This role is office based at Turnpike House / Clinical Sciences Building (Salford Royal Hospital) with occasional requirements to visit the main hospital or community sites.
