The Surfacing Operative is responsible for the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of frontline surfacing operations and reports to the Surfacing Foreperson/Supervisor. This is a 24/7 operation so flexibility to working hours is key.\n\nYou will undertake theoretical and practical training to develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to ensure you have a thorough understanding of all areas.\n\nYou may be required to travel to our local training provider to support your studies, the cost of which Breedon will cover.\n\nIf youâre one to tiptoe around puddles with trepidation, maybe this role isnât for you.
